  1. Scope of application

These Terms apply to the services promoted, booked or purchased through the website.

The services published on the website may be:

  • intermediary services, meaning activities and excursions organized and carried out by third-party operators and promoted/booked through Orosei Servizi e Turismo SRLS;
  • services sold directly, where expressly indicated, such as the tourist card.

E-bike rental, umbrella rental and sunbed/deckchair rental services, where present on the website for informational or promotional purposes, do not constitute online sales through the website and are governed by separate agreements and conditions concluded in person.

  1. Nature of the services

For excursions and activities organized by third parties, Orosei Servizi e Turismo SRLS acts as a commercial intermediary between the customer and the operator who materially provides the service.

For such services:

  • availability, execution, times, itineraries, operating conditions and any participation requirements depend on the operator providing the activity;
  • Orosei Servizi e Turismo SRLS handles promotion, collection of the booking request and commercial assistance within the limits of its role as intermediary.

For services expressly sold directly by Orosei Servizi e Turismo SRLS, the contract is deemed to be concluded directly with the company.

  1. Booking and conclusion of the contract

The booking or purchase is considered completed when the order is confirmed and the required payment, where applicable, has been made.

Once the procedure has been completed, the customer will receive a summary communication containing the essential details of the booking or purchase.

Orosei Servizi e Turismo SRLS reserves the right not to accept requests that are incomplete, inconsistent, unavailable or not compliant with these Terms.

  1. Prices and payments

All prices are expressed in euros, unless otherwise indicated.

The applicable prices are those visible on the website at the time of booking or purchase. Any price changes do not apply to bookings or purchases already confirmed.

Payment, where required online, must be made using the methods indicated during the purchase process or in the booking engine.

  1. Intermediary services: excursions and third-party activities

For intermediary services:

  • the customer acknowledges that the service is materially provided by a third-party operator;
  • the customer is required to comply with the participation conditions, times, safety rules and operating instructions provided by the operator;
  • any changes to times, itinerary, program, availability or execution conditions may depend on organizational needs, weather and sea conditions, safety reasons, orders from authorities or decisions made by the operator.

Orosei Servizi e Turismo SRLS is not responsible for the material execution of the service by the third-party operator, except for matters directly attributable to its own intermediary activity.

  1. Cancellation policy for intermediary excursions and activities

Unless otherwise expressly indicated in the service description or in the supplier’s conditions, the customer may cancel the booking within 72 hours of the scheduled date of the activity in order to obtain a full refund.

For cancellations made after this deadline, a refund may not be due or may be subject to the conditions applied by the operator providing the service.

In the event of cancellation, modification or cancellation due to weather conditions, safety reasons, operational unavailability or decisions made by the operator, the conditions provided for the individual service and communicated to the customer before or at the time of confirmation shall apply.

  1. Tourist card

The tourist card, where purchasable through the website, is sold directly by Orosei Servizi e Turismo SRLS under the conditions indicated on the relevant information page and during the purchase process.

The card grants access only to the benefits, discounts or services expressly indicated at the time of purchase. Any limitations of use, duration, activation methods, exclusions or special conditions are those stated in the product description.

Once purchased and, where applicable, activated or made usable, the card is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

  1. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for services relating to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

For services to which this exclusion applies, the customer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal once the booking has been completed, without prejudice to any cancellation conditions provided for the individual service.

  1. Safety and participation requirements

Before booking, the customer is required to verify that the chosen service is compatible with their personal conditions, age, physical abilities and any other indicated requirements.

For activities organized by third parties, the customer is required to fully comply with the operator’s instructions and the applicable safety rules.

  1. Limitation of liability

Orosei Servizi e Turismo SRLS undertakes to publish correct and up-to-date information, but does not guarantee the absolute absence of material errors, omissions, temporary unavailability or technical malfunctions of the website.

For intermediary services, Orosei Servizi e Turismo SRLS is not responsible for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, operational unavailability, accidents or breaches attributable to the operator who materially provides the service, without prejudice to mandatory limits established by law.

In any case, liability is excluded for events due to force majeure, adverse weather and sea conditions, orders from authorities, acts of third parties or circumstances that are not reasonably controllable.

  1. Intellectual property

All website content, including texts, images, logos, graphics, layouts, videos and informational materials, unless otherwise indicated, belongs to Orosei Servizi e Turismo SRLS or is lawfully used.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or reuse is prohibited.

  1. Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data takes place according to the Privacy Policy published on the website.

The use of cookies and other tracking technologies is governed by the Cookie Policy and by the preferences expressed by the user through the relevant consent banner.

  1. Changes to these Terms

Orosei Servizi e Turismo SRLS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website and will not apply retroactively to bookings or purchases already confirmed, unless required by law.

  1. Applicable law and competent court

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity or execution of the contractual relationship shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court identified pursuant to applicable legislation. Where applicable, the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer’s court provided by law remains unaffected.
